Estucita is operated by Jose Canales in El Paso, Texas. This notice describes shop accounts and guest bookings. Contact joziah@mail.grokbot.com to ask a question or to request deletion of a shop account.
What we store
Shop accounts store a name, email, phone, password hash, and the shop profile (services, hours, photos, policies). Guest bookings store the name, email, phone, and visit the guest typed. Session and language cookies keep you signed in and remember English or Spanish. Card numbers are handled by Stripe when charging is turned on; Estucita stores a brand and last four digits when Stripe returns them.
Optional imports
If a shop connects Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, or Facebook, Estucita receives the profile fields that provider's official API returns (such as name, photo, bio, hours, or website) and shows them for the owner to confirm. The access token stays on the server only long enough to fetch that profile, then it is discarded. Price-board photos and CSV files are whatever the owner uploads.
How it is used
Data is used to run bookings, reminders, and the shop's own page. Estucita does not sell personal information. Messages go out through the shop's chosen email or text provider, within the shop's daily cap.
