Terms of use
Who runs Estucita
Estucita is booking software for barbers, salons, studios, and gyms. It is operated by Jose Canales in El Paso, Texas. These terms cover the shop account and the public booking page. Questions: joziah@mail.grokbot.com.
The service
A shop owner creates an account, sets services and hours, and shares a booking link. Guests book without a password. Estucita does not guarantee that a time stays free until the shop confirms it when automatic confirmation is turned off. Fees, deposits, and no-show charges follow the shop's own policy and, when card charging is on, Stripe.
Optional imports
A shop may connect Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, or a Facebook Page to prefill its profile. Estucita requests only the official permissions needed for that import, keeps the access token on the server, and discards it after the import. A price-board photo and a CSV file are uploaded by the owner and are not pulled from those networks. Nothing from an import is published until the owner confirms it.
Accounts and acceptable use
Shop passwords belong to the owner. Do not use Estucita to send spam, to store card numbers yourself, or to book people without a real shop relationship. Jose Canales may suspend an account that abuses the service or the messaging limits.
