A normal shop pays $2 a month for 2 months, then $27 a month. That intro length follows TRIAL_MONTHS or TRIAL_DAYS when those are set. It is not free. Founding invites are 60 days free, and only 15 of those shops are accepted. An admin can set a different end date on one shop.
After the intro. The Stripe subscription bills $2 for that first stretch, then $27. Without Stripe keys the app records those prices and does not charge. If the bill goes unpaid, the desk becomes read-only.

Yes. A second shop on the same login is not treated as a duplicate. A second owner using the same phone, tax ID, address, or card is flagged for review.
